If you have 15 engineers and 3 managers, you pay for 18 seats at your plan's per-seat rate. Need to add someone mid-cycle? We invoice the prorated amount for the remaining period. Seat count is confirmed at each renewal.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this window you can export all time logs, approval records, and compliance reports as CSV files. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

No. Cadigence never reads or stores the contents of your drawing files. The plugin works by detecting activity and file changes on your machine — it never uploads your files anywhere. Your drawings stay on your machines and your servers at all times.
