Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Cadigence platform (including the AutoCAD plugin, web dashboard, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Cadigence on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Cadigence provides CAD activity tracking, production reporting, and drawing approval workflow software for engineering and design firms. The service includes a desktop plugin for AutoCAD and a web-based management dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any feature) at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each subscription seat corresponds to one named user. Sharing accounts across multiple individuals is not permitted.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the plugin or dashboard.
• Use the service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent, beyond the legitimate workforce management purpose it was designed for.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data or our systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data ownership

You own all data generated by your use of the service. Cadigence holds your data on your behalf and processes it only to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. Upon termination, we will provide an export within 30 days on request, after which data is deleted.

7. Intellectual property

Cadigence and all associated software, designs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Cadigence Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadigence's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
